Captured within an Anti-Keldeo Rubber Balloon

Been a while since I drew a full sequence, but anywho! A poor Keldeo finds himself suddenly being chased by a strange red object before being completely engulfed by it. The object being an anti-Pokemon Rubber Balloon, which made a very short lived debut in episode 11 of the Pokemon anime, but nevertheless, its a fun concept to draw~. 

So for one, drawn more frames then before, and I even made an attempt at a GUI for the Bazooka/Blaster that fires the very Balloon's of rubbery entrapment! I'll probably make a better version in the future, but you get the basic idea of how it works. Identifying the Pokemon via an onboard database and choosing the right Rubber Samples to counter the Pokemon's moves and type, rendering them unable to escape. A GPS-computer chip thing is imprinted into the Balloon as its fired which directs the Balloon towards the Pokemon. The Balloon itself quicky gains speed via a gas within tiny slit that expands around the entire rubber shell, as its constantly heating and cooling at an alarming rate, its spinning round the balloon quickly enough that it gives the Balloon ALOT of momentum. Allowing it to quickly gain speed and even catch up with the quickest of Pokemon.
